Lt. Charles R. Bowden

A Co-Pilot on a Liberator Bomber named “The Ramp Tramp” attached to the 868 ^th Heavy Bomber Squadron, 13 ^th Bombardment Squadron. Lt Bowden had over 300 Combat Hours when his aircraft went missing in action over Truk Island in the South Pacific.

Lt. Charles R. Bowden is forever memorialized on The Tablets of The Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Manila Philippines.
